Iran Quality of Care in Medicine Program (IQCAMP) is a national pilot project aimed to evaluate the quality and cost of care for seven diseases with a high burden in Iran and around the globe. They are myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, end-stage renal disease, major depression disorder, and diabetes mellitus. A cohort of about 300 patients was deemed to be sampled and followed up for three to six months. in this study I was a main statistician and my duty is cleaning the data and preparing the result. you can see the result of this study:
